This complex is almost finished by Christmas 2024 and will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2026.

In the prefecture of Cyclades and especially on the island of Mykonos, the construction of new buildings has stopped since March 2023, except for the repair of existing buildings. Also it is not allowed to build new swimming pools in all island destinations this has happened because there is too much construction on these islands and the state is trying to protect the already existing buildings so that the new buyers do not devalue their properties. This means that the buildings which are at the stage of completion will gain much more value in a very short period of time. Therefore it is a great opportunity today that there is this complex of three independent villas with three different pools and 5 bedrooms each to be bought today. If some time passes this complex will cost twice as much as it does today because there will be no more new buildings.

There will be no such opportunities in the near future because the construction of new buildings is not allowed.
