This complex is almost finished by Christmas 2024 and will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2026.
Also, if someone buys it today, he will be able to put his own elements, i.e. choose his own kitchen, his own wardrobes and everything that has not been completed so far and make it to his absolute liking and taste.
In the prefecture of Cyclades and especially on the island of Mykonos, the construction of new buildings has stopped since March 2023, except for the repair of existing buildings. Also it is not allowed to build new swimming pools in all island destinations this has happened because there is too much construction on these islands and the state is trying to protect the already existing buildings so that the new buyers do not devalue their properties. This means that the buildings which are at the stage of completion will gain much more value in a very short period of time. If some time passes this complex will cost twice as much as it does today because there will be no more new buildings.
